I'm a Mosquito Magnet |

I am a true mosquito magnet. I have tried the candles, coils, Deet sprays, Avon spray, nothing works. I can put spray on my arms only for mosquitos to bite my face. I was given one of these patches for the first time this afternoon and it seems to have worked. I immediately jumped online to find places to order.

Family Reunion |

On the weekend of our annual family reunion, I had forgotten to get our Tiki torches out for the Saturday night cookout. I was worried about having the open flames around the children. Our cousin was staying with us for the weekend and brought these patches with him. The night of the cookout he placed a patch under the edge of the tables. Out of the 34 people that were here not a one was bothered by mosquitoes or bugs. I have not been able to find them at any store so I just ordered some online. When they get here I can once again enjoy sitting out on the patio at night!

Skeeter Guard for the Outdoorsman |

Just wanted to take time and give thanks and appreciation to your company for producing the most welcome product for the outdoorsman. I recently traveled to Pierceland, Sask, Canada for a spring black bear hunt in the northwest territory area. The outfitter had given us a list for items to bring for the hunt, included at the top of the page was “mosquito repellant (any type) but bring a lot”, followed by safety harness, clothes, weapons and so on. Anyway I phoned them to ask what repellant worked best and they assured me that most worked sometime but not always but bring something because the mosquitoes and black flies would carry us off. I had heard of a company in Edmond that carried a product that came in a patch and worked well on the golf courses and around lakes that was named SkeeterGuard. A friend pointed me in the direction of BP&G , Tim Hartman of Edmond, Oklahoma and I was able to secure the most wonderful Mosquitoe Repellant in the world. Tim instructed me to use on my clothing and not the skin and I purchased enough for all 5 hunters in my group. When we arrived at bear camp our guides were reluctant to tell us that it might or might not work but give it a try anyway. They wanted us to use spray with Deet or even try a ThermaCell container, but we elected to just use the “Patch”. Most of us carried two at a time and put one on each shoulder and set in our stands from 1:30pm to 10:30pm or 9 hours a day. I can vouch that in 4 days of hunting black bears and seeing mosquitoes and black flies everywhere we were never bothered by the flying bombers. One of the hunters forgot his SkeeterGuard one day and only survived about an hour before he radioed into camp and yelled for help, they brought him his back pack with the secret patches and he survived the afternoon. The 5 of us hunted a total of 14 days and set over 126 hours in the field and felt secure the whole time from mosquitoes and black flies with the help of SkeeterGuard. Keep up the good work and let me know if you produce any other products for the outdoorsman. Truly a satisfied consumer of SkeeterGuard, George M. Moore

A picture perfect July wedding in Michigan. A huge white tent protected us from the weather while the mosquitos gathered in attack mode. My wife had a Skeeter Guard patch on her waist and one on her chair. Mine was on the back of my coat and two for our table. While others suffered, I thought it might have been a good idea as wedding gift!

The bugs are thick at our lodge. I found these and gave them a shot. I put one patch by our porch light and one under the railing on the stairs. Within about 20 minutes we couldn't find a bug. It is nice to be able to have a bottle of wine on the porch without getting bit by mosquitos.
